Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't been shipped yet. To cancel an order after payment, please contact our customer support staff within 12 hours of your purchase. Outside of this window, we cannot guarantee that your request for cancellation will be accepted due to the possibility that the packaging and shipping process may have already occurred.
